Quality and Consistency Audits & Evaluations:

1) Are your chefs, cooks and culinary personnel following standardized procedures and recipes on a consistent basis?

2) Are your guests receiving a consistent product upon each return visit as they rightfully should expect?

We will conduct a kitchen or series of kitchen operations audits, during service. These audits are based on your recipes and portion expectations as well as plate presentation and food station set-up. These audits have been performed on Saturday Nights too! Though we like to make our service fresh news to your staff on a slower evening to let them become aware that our services have been retained and that we may arrive at any time as so not to affect guest service.

The focus of this service is quality control and consistency in your operation. Whether it is a single unit independent operation, large or small chain. We can author or assist you in developing Kitchen and Food Station Manuals in which to utilize and train your entire Kitchen staff as well as service staff. Every kitchen should contain a Master Recipe Book with a duplicate copy in the hands of Ownership as well. This avoids the unnecessary panic, which may occur due to the loss of a Chef for whatever reason. We are extremely capable of helping you in avoiding this issue altogether.

Sanitation Evaluations:

The Kitchinspector© specializes in helping commercial kitchens ensure that their facilities and procedures are always in compliance with prevailing local, state and federal, regulations.

We will arrive at your door unannounced. We will perform a Health Department equivalent inspection of your entire Kitchen and storeroom facilities as well as walk-ins and refrigeration units. We will also view your Front of the House and Bathroom facilities.

We will then send you our report. If we find serious conditions or dangerous events occurring within your establishment, any of which may or may not compromise Guest Safety or health. We will contact you immediately and report them directly to you. Ensuring the complete safety of your guests and employees is our # 1 goal!
